Living in a dream city like Paris can be extremely overwhelming sometimes. Especially when you don’t speak fluent French. Fortunately for us, alcohol has been one of the most incredible barrier-breaker of all times.
In the olden days in Ghana, the majority of the people mostly eat salad with rice, bread with their dish, never a salad by itself. I am happy to say that now things have changed in Ghana and more people are eating salad, watching what they eat and paying more attention to their health.

Continue reading …In a pot over medium heat. Add 3 tbs oil. Add onions, sauté for about 2 minutes. Add garlic, blended tomatoes, red pepper, cayenne. Saute for about 4 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add goat meat, cherry tomatoes, bay leaf, cumin, nutmeg, herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for about 1 minute. Add about 6 cups of water. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes.
