Spring: Native American Festival - Pasadena

SPRING AWAKENING NATIVE AMERICAN FESTIVAL

 

What: The Spring Awakening Native American Festival, which is open to the public free of charge, is an educational event for the entire family to enjoy. The two-day event will feature crafts created by Native American artisans, including jewelry, beadwork, wood carvings, leather goods, art, and musical instruments. In keeping with the Native traditions, there will be tribal drummers, musicians, dancers, and storytellers. A raffle will be held in addition to fun activities designed especially for youngsters.

 

Who: The Eaton Canyon Nature Center Associates and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation along with many Native American artisans, tribal drummers, musicians, dancers and storytellers.

 

When: Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
